3. Do not accept damaged or opened cargo. For cargo damaged by the cargo company during transportation, it is mandatory to keep a report from the cargo branch on the same day. Returns of cargo that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
4. After your return shipment reaches us, the products are examined and their compliance with the return conditions is checked. When your return is approved, your payment will be refunded to you within 7-10 business days according to your payment method.
